Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

We arrived about 10am in the morning and check in is not till 2pm. The staff were very helpful in keeping our luggage and doing all the paperwork early. When we came back about 3pm, the staff member took us to our room (and our bags were already there!) and showed us everything. Truly a wonderful help.
The hotel is VERY centrally located. Just about 2 blocks from the Brussels Central station, steps from the St. Hubert shopping area, the Grand Place, and so many restaurants and shops that you couldn't imagine! It's a great place to stay.
Our room was small but we were only in there to sleep and rest. We didn't come to Brussels to sit in our hotel room!
