My room's AC was broken, the carpets were stained and damaged, I had very limited options for English channels. Communal areas seemed a little unkept and tired. Service was sporadic and unpredictable. The bar area seemed to be run on a budget.... Giant old fridge in plain view of customers half full of beer. All a bit of a 'cafe on the beach' feel. The restaurant was nice with fantastic views and the service was good. At best though the food was so so .
