Loved staying here. 2 mins walk from tram connection to downtown Zurich. One of the most unique and different hotel I stayed in. Allowed us late check out as we ran into some issues and were very accommodating! Loved my stay here!

Very smart
Very good stay with a strong welcome despite a computer problem. Complimentary drink offered at bar while reception got things working again - exemplary service from a switched-on crew. Rooms here always a pleasure. Pity that tea and coffee facilities are reserved for XL rooms. Free minibar a bonus though!

Bunk bed room was much bigger than shown in the pictures and the bed was huge! Lovely big bathroom with rain shower - all enclosed too which was good for privacy. We really enjoyed the free table tennis and the rooftop area was nice for relaxing in the evenings. If we came again we would definitely use the free bikes - just ran out of time on this trip.

Hotel Review
Bed was hard and uncomfortable, room was hot as couldn’t reduce temperature to cool room. No fans. No cover sheet, just a big heavy piece filled with a giant down pillow thing which made you very hot! Terrible lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant was very good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh breads, rolls, yogurt, fruit, meats snd cheeses anything you could want! Dinner menu was Italian and very good, had great salads, very fresh. Pizza was great! Outside patio very nice.

This hotel is super eco friendly and unique. We really enjoyed our overall stay. I asked for a quiet room with a good view but unfortunately my view was the train which was loud. We really enjoyed using the Mini car offered by the hotel. We also wanted to rent an ebike but only one was working. The breakfast was delicious but we believe it was way overpriced. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the uniqueness and friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Clean property. Close to the city. Unfortunately the air con wasn’t very effective so at night the room was often hot and stuffy. We tried to open the window but the room was looking on to the middle of the hotel which was covered by a glass roof. Therefore there was limited airflow.

Good hotel, good service, comfortable, clean and very convenient for public transport "TRAM SERVICE". Free minibar and room services by request at the reception daily. The only two drawbacks were the hours of the restaurant, which closes very early, and the air conditioning, which is not very conventional.

A cool and swanky hotel with comfortable rooms and facilities. The hotel has a nice vibe to it and offers a pingpong table and complementary bikes to check out, based on availability. The gym is small but has a cute set up. The only downside is that the location is a little bit away from the city center and the happening areas. Connected well with the tram station right outside the hotel so the connectivity is not too bad.

I loved this hotel. I would say make sure you are going to the location "west" because there are two hotels by this name in Zurich and we messed up and went to the wrong one first. This area is not the most walkable but it is located near the beautiful river and such a lovely walk to it. I recommend walking along the water and grabbing a float for it if you can! This hotel had the most fun interior design I saw in my whole two weeks in Europe. It had the most friendly and helpful staff and bartenders. Loved the cocktails. It was clean and you could open the hotel window for fresh air. I wish we could have stayed longer and explored beautiful Zurich. I will say the pharmacies aren't open Sundays nearby so getting to a mini mart was a little tougher as this area is a bit farther from the city. Thanks to the hotel staff! Loved the cheeky elevator writings and the whole vibe of the place.

Loved this place!
We really loved this place! It was super clean and the deco in the rooms is kinda quirky. Location is super convenient as the tram is right outside the hotel. You will get off the Toni Ariel stop from Zurich HB. There is also a really yummy bakery called Collective Bakery that is about a three minute walk with really good baked pastries and coffee. You can tell that West Zurich will be an up and coming area. It used to be an industrialized area, but the vibe will change over time.

(surprisingly) good location
This might be my new go-to hotel in Zurich. Got here by accident because I booked the "wrong" 25h, but ended up liking it a lot. Great service, nice rooms, a tram station right in front of the lobby, a 10min walk to the next train station and a 5min walk to the next mobility car-sharing station. I'll be back ;)

Had a fabulous stay here! Arrived before 11am and was given a room immediately - it was then we knew we’d like this place! Room was well equipped with all necessary amenities and more - a speaker and free mini bar were things we hadn’t had our whole trip so this was a great perk! The sauna and gym were a nice addition - the sauna especially nice after a cold walk around the city. Just be warned that no clothes are worn in Europe! We wished we had longer so we could make use of the bike rental and would have been nice to try the breakfast but it was very expensive (that’s Switzerland for you!). Overall, a great stay and would seek out this hotel chain in future.
