Outstanding customer service from housekeeping, reception and the restaurant where we have our breakfast. Perfect location to the main attractions. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first class experience. "

"I understand this place is very cheap and maybe I should not have high expectations. But, I was underwhelmed by the experience. First morning I was woken up very early (6:30 or so) by the cleaner banging doors outside my room. While in Korea I worked at night so I would sleep around 4:00 am or so. Sleep was important to me. The staff did caution her and she woke me up around 7:30 the next morning in a similar fashion. Then there was constant noise with megaphones coming from a park of some sort in front of the hotel. I stayed here 6 nights so as you can imagine, I did not sleep much. Another night, a baby cried his lungs out right by my room. The walls are very thin. Room service was a hit or miss. Coke sometimes came with a glass of ice and sometimes it did not. The last night I ordered spicy ramen and got food poisoning so bad I thought I was going to die the next day. The staff was kind and attentive generally, but this place is definitely for those who are out early every day and barely spend any time inside the room. "

"The hotel itself was in a good location for us, clean, nice staff. But the room was SO HOT the entire time we stayed here for 5 nights. From the first night when we came in and forward the room was 23.5- 25 degrees C. We were uncomfortable sleeping at night, even after we had showered before going to sleep. The AC needs to be fixed. In the summer it is probably miserable "

"Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm. "

Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We also loved how clean and safe the surrounding streets felt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"
