"Walked into the door and BAM! Husband and started having breathing problems. My face started swelling and itching I have barely non existent allergies and previous history of asthma. "A good place if you plan to stay 1 night don’t expect a luxurious room like those expensive hotels. So if you’re okay with that then a good place to stay. Beautiful view on a clear day and see the ocean & there is walking distance beach nearby. During our stay there there were neighbors who were being loud/obnoxious , can hear everything but other than that good stay."

"No frills, but meets all the needs of an overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. AC functioned. Parking on the other hand, was not at all spacious. I am unsure when the lines were drawn, but we have a mid-sized sedan and the passenger had to exit before parking so that there was enough room for the driver to exit without hitting the car in the next space, and even then, the driver had to limbo into the car to avoid hitting the car in the next space. I cannot imagine being able to park if we had driven our full sized SUV!"

"We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at this house. The backyard has stunning views and a lovely hot tub to soak it all in. We watched surfers and paddle boarders at all daylight hours. We had an amazing view of fireworks on the beach. The host, Wolfgang also had new chairs delivered for us to really enjoy the outdoor space. Inside the house has very comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of seating. There were three bathrooms with showers, so very convenient for space. The view is also available from inside the house, particularly the dining table."

"My family booked Borja's place for two nights following a Ben Lomond wedding. There were 14 confirmed guests & Borja graciously accepted 2 more for a single overnight stay. We communicated via email, which was slightly slow & cumbersome, but worked sufficiently well, given there were several questions to be worked out about the guest list & additional cost. The bedrooms were comfortable though sparsely furnished (seems some without bedside tables), serving our big group well. Beds and bed linens lush. There were plenty of high quality towels, but the lack of towel hooks/bars in bedrooms to supplement those in various bathrooms was noted. Our entire family ate 5 communal meals, utilizing many of the items provided. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, but I wouldn't say fully equipped -- additions of an ice cream scoop and garlic press would be great. There were issues with the gas stove/oven. The oven was hard to light, in spite of a little note of instructions posted, & we were never sure of the oven temperature. An oven thermometer would be helpful. The location was great, with proximity to shopping & the beach. Being in the quiet neighborhood was a plus, but house rules for keeping windows closed at night without AC seemed a bit presumptuous of our ability to be good neighbors & keep quiet hours . Parking was also a bit tricky since our 5 vehicles were large enough that keeping to the host's designated space wasn't feasible, & one vehicle was parked around the block."
