"Friendly staff, good location"

"We arrived by train and the hotel is any easy 10 minute walk from the station and then just under 10 minutes to the town centre. The hotel was lovely. I cannot think of anything to be negative about. The room was quiet, the bed comfy and I loved the decor. (We were in a 'clocks' room.) All the staff were pleasant and helpful and there is both a restaurant and bar food. The food in both was very good and slightly unusual. Chester itself is a great place to visit and it is easy to go into...

"The property is just a few minutes walk from Chester station and about 10 minutes from the city centre. We stayed in a small double en-suite room which was functional and had some nice extras such as tea and coffee, shampoo and shower gel and an ironing board with iron. I did need to contact the property to provide ID - they’d sent instructions via Expedia but there was no way for me to send a photo of my ID to them. However once I contacted them, this was resolved quickly and easily. The room...
