We've stayed in the least expensive low floor rooms and the most expensive top floor rooms - all are wonderful. Highly suggest upgrading to get the breakfast coupon, it's worth it. The only thing that I could recommend would be more accessable rooms - although most of the non accessable specific ones are pretty close to barrier free. Using the laundry room with a physical disability is difficult because there's six stairs to get to it, no elevator. I had to haul my laundry and my Walker up and down the stairs to do laundry. "
