We enjoyed our stay at the Grenoble House. Very surprised at how large our room was. We thought that the room was very upscale and beyond what we had expected. We have stayed at several other hotels and our impression was that the Grenoble House would be difficult to beat anywhere in the French Quarter. Given the opportunity, we would stay at the Grenoble House again.

"The rooms are clean. The service steals the show everytime! Carlos in the parking garage is so sweet and helpful. Henry the bellhop was a huge help several times . I traveled with a huge Pyrenees and the treated my dog like a human !"

"I called the hotel to ensure they had room in valet parking. I was told no. I had to find public parking. Then when I checked in they asked if I was parking a car. I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker ..."
