"This hotel was perfect for our family. The free shuttle to Universal ran on schedule and was a very quick ride. All the staff were attentive and very nice. The pool was a great place to hang out and they even showed classic movies every night. Felt like a resort, but very personal and really wonderful. Highly recommended."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, check-in was easy and fast. Our room was clean and spacious, and we had a great view of the pool. There was plenty of parking and it is located near shopping centers, the Marriot Convention Center, and restaurants/places to eat. Would stay here again!"

"Lovely staff, cannot fault that. Location is excellent and well connected. I don’t drive and had to rely on busses and had no problems. The rooms are clean and beds comfy. You MUST bring earplugs. I could hear my neighbours extremely well, as well as traffic outside. So be prepared but you’ll be fine other than that. "
