"Great hotel with lounge option for trip with kids"
We choose this hotel based on its location and that we would get access to their lounge with our son. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options and ended up using more than planned. It was very convenient to pop down for breakfast or early bite and not having to worry about going out (in cold/rain). We even managed to keep a nice early bedtime routine. Also you can access your own Netflix account so everyone happy to watch a movie together before falling asleep. There is also access to TED talks, cool. It rained a lot during our stay but we still had a great time taking advantage of dry moments. Staff were all wonderful and friendly. We got upgraded to a a room on the 31st floor with partial view of the bay and city. Very pleased with that. If I were to pick on something it would be that there was no light in the closet making it difficult to see. Also would have liked to have a few more amenities in bathroom like shower cap, cotton pads. Hooks for hanging towels were also lacking. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee places and shops in the area. Also very convenient public transport. All in all we would stay again if traveling with our son. We only went up once to the bar with a great view on the topfloor and it was nice indeed. It's very popular so it gets crowded quickly. We did not use the spa, gym or other dining options on the ground floor so can't comment. The hotel is very popular for conferences but this did not bother us.

"Right in the middle of Union Square"
Hotel Adagio, Autograph Collection is a lovely hotel in the middle of Union Square-perfect for shopping! The rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly, the hotel was modern and beautiful. The price is not too high for San Francisco but the breakfast is pricey. I would recommend.

"Our stay there was fantastic "
We arrive on Friday staff was excellent ran into a little hick up when the guest in 1603 were super loud at 11 pm bumping music screaming talking loud but I called the desk and they came to talk to them but at 3 am they were at it again. I was so thankful that they were gone for the next night lol. But I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends it's close to everything and super clean and friendly!!
