There was constant shouting and noise by hotel workers because of a labor strike going on. This was day and night, starting at 6:30 a.m. until late in the evening. For this reason, I had to cancel my stay the second night, and checked out on saturday, november 10th, and moved to another location. I trust that Expedia will reimburse me for the cancelled reservation corresponding to sunday, november 11th at this hotel, since Expedia indicated this when confirming my hotel reservation.

While the negotiation process is ongoing, many union members are engaged in strikes, rallies or other actions to express their views. This has impacted certain services and our team in the hotel is doing everything possible to meet the needs of guests throughout their stay.
