The service overall was fine, but the trainer definitely needed more training (a teacup was refilled with just hot water - where the tea bag was removed). The surroundings were very peaceful and idyllic. The turn-down service was a nice touch. The spa closes at 5 p.m., which was slightly disappointing since that’s when guests would enjoy the most from returning the day trip.
