"The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "

"I stayed here for 4 weeks. This place is very quiet, and away from most of the hustle and bustle. I’m pretty sure I was the only traveler here for probably 3 of the 4\. This is the perfect place for the digital nomad who is country hopping. A bus and a tram will get you into downtown Sarajevo. The hosts were very hospitable. Just note that all the shops nearby are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly."

"The staff, especially the lady at the front desk was highly professional and personable. Hotel could use a better ventilation system in the dining area. "Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food. The Sky Lounge rooftop bar was another highlight — very tastefully decorated, with amazing city views, especially at night. The hotel feels new and very well maintained. Our twin room was spacious, with beds closer to three-quarter size, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The heating throughout the building was excellent, which was especially welcome at this time of year. The toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash — were also good quality, which added a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
