A spacious, well-kept garden is available to all guests for shared use and invites you to spend relaxing hours.  
  
The bright, air-conditioned flat on the ground floor is lovingly furnished and offers a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (including weekly linen change) and a practical wardrobe. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has all the necessary appliances, a sofa bed for two additional guests and a flat-screen satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi and access to the balcony with a view of the green garden round off the offer and ensure a cosy living ambience.  
  
Outside, a 900 square metre fenced communal garden awaits you. This paradise for young and old offers a barbecue area as well as play facilities for children and a private car park close to the house to park your vehicle safely. The garden provides the perfect backdrop for carefree holiday enjoyment in the midst of idyllic nature.
