room 1319 was/is extremely hot and stayed hot. When I checked in I asked to use the restroom. The hostess told me it was upstairs. In fact it was in the lobby. Go figure? Also I recommend the hotel have face cloths plus I thought it was cheap and un-classy for them to ask for 2,500 won for a tooth brush. I expect more from hotel of this caliber. The only good thing was a view of sea/beach

Staff of hotel offered me free upgrade of room with sea view It was nice gesture However room had strong smoking smell even it says it is non smoking room one more disturbing fact is that drain of bath tub seems to be stuck and water overflows Nice gesture but not good condition

Great location of hotel - next to beach!
Great location - it's at the end of the main road from the Haeundae station (8 mins walk) and it's next to the beach! Very convenient to go shopping and eating. The hotel had aged but is acceptable, the standard room I booked with twin beds was spacious.

Charges you for tooth brush and tooth paste.
Hotel was not user friendly. They didn’t provide instructions on where things were or even say thank you. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but they charge you for tooth brush and tooth paste.stayed in an executive room but the tv was a very small 32 or maybe a little bigger and it was positioned in an odd plass from the bed. The least they could to would be allowing it to swivel or something. I was truly disappointed in the price and what was offered.

The hotel is in an excellent area with the beach in its backyard, plenty or restaurants everywhere outside the hotel, aquarium, and you can catch a city tour bus. The hotel itself is outdated and needs some renovations. The AC in the room didn’t work well and the shower was terrible. The staff was very polite and helpful. Thanks.

The location of the hotel is Perfect , my suite has a great view of the beach . Breakfast was less than average for a 5 star hotel . AC is very poor which makes the room too warm even at night !!!! Limited supplies of toiletries , extra $ for toothbrushes , razors and toothpaste !! Booked the other room for 2 adults + kid , only 2 twin bed in the room and they asked an $60 per night for extra bed .

Second stay at this hotel. Room this time on road side (overlooking town). Whilst slightly noisy it did not stop sleeping. Breakfast good and location right on beach. Overall very pleasant stay. Access to underground just 5 minutes up street, or airport bus stops outside.

Nice hotel
It’s an older hotel. But it has amazing service by the staff. The accommodations are older but still kept up. Location is in an amazing spot so don’t overlook this property as it’s a 30 second walk to the beach. I will come back to this hotel

This was my fourth stay at the Novotel Busan. Their friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable rooms keep me coming back. The interior needs to be freshened up, but don’t let that keep you from staying here.

Great place to stay in Busan
This hotel is on the Hae un dae beach Which is the best place in Busan Subway is within few blocks, good restaurants are around and small traditional market is near... Friendly and English speaking staffs And the place is clean I wish the bed is more comfortable . Overall great stay.

I rarely leave a review but I really wanted to leave some comments. This hotel location was great, heart of Haeundae beach. However, this hotel is really old so I don't think it was worth of money. First of all, breakfast was really really terrible. It was 34,000/person so it was kinda pricey but not very poor quality. Also, front desk will call you if you are 5 or 10 minutes late after check-out time. So please be aware of these things if you are going to stay. I would rather stay at ibis instead of novotel. It's newer and looked better than anything else.
