Everything was excellent great staff location heaps to keep the kids going though the cafe was closed (sunday afternoon) but had everything in our lagoon lodge. Highly recommend need to stay more then 1 night next time.

We stayed in the lagoon cabin. A very quiet, serene place. Cabins were clean. The pool and arcade are great for kids. Friendly staff.

Property was dusty. Spider webs on every single wall. Looked like bousekeeping had tried to sweep the floors and pushed all the dirt to the corner of the dinning room floor. Every window handle was sticky. A rotten egg type of smell came through the air con so we had to keep it off. Patio chairs were too dirty to use. Only one mirror in the property so it was very difficult to get dressed as a family of 4.

We booked a Waterfront wave villa, the image on the site shows it is just above the water but when we reach there it is not, so the picture itself is misleading. At morning when I was about to make coffee, there were maggots around and inside the maker.

The facilities for kids were fantastic, plenty for them to do and well presented (loved the 2 jumping pillows, water park/pool, indoor play equipment etc). The staff in the shop near the pool were very friendly and helpful! Our cabin needed better maintenance and a thorough clean (we cleaned the shower ourselves to remove mould), some of the towels had stains on them, and our socks went brown from walking on the floor in our room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and our daughter had a lot of fun!

We had an amazing stay with our extended family! Our cabins were clean and had all the amenities you need. There were great activities for the kids and the pool and waterpark were fantastic! We would certainly come back to stay again.

Nice location right next to the lake and beach. The holiday park was well set up with great amenities. Some of the decor was a bit dated for the price we paid.

Fantastic amenities, quiet for a tourist park, wifi worked reasonably well. A great place for for a break. Lakeside with lake access, great pool, tennis courts, entertainment area for kids. Comfortable beds and well equiped cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The facilities, such as pool, splash pad and jumping cushions were great, however the lagoon unit we stayed in had a few problems. The sliding door lock didn’t work well, there were power outages, spiders everywhere that should have been sprayed regularly and no instructions for the bbq at the unit.

First time staying at Ingenia and in a caravan park, but highly enjoyed it. We have a 2 year old and the facilities are just perfect for a young family. Will definitely book to stay again hopefully in the near future.

The facilities at this park are amazing so plenty to keep the kids entertained. The lakeview cabins were lovely and had everything you needed but they lack privacy from your neighbours. Some of the time it got very noisy as cabins are not very sound proof and you can hear and see people next to you on their balcony. 1st photo - there are 2 cabins in 1 building. I recommend this park if your looking for a short term family getaway.
