I picked this hotel because it advertised the sauna. Turns out- I would need to pay for sauna. The staff at the front desk quite friendly. The staff at the breakfast needs more training about having courtesy

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Ground floor eatery 5 stars for chicken Caesar salad! And Ice! need more ice in drinks! ATM in lobby! Win! Breakfast was kinda "meh" but plenty of "meh" to choose from. The big downer is the bathtub. Giant high walled tub that is treacherous to get in and out of for showering. A walk-in shower is more suited to a 5 star hotel.

The check in and check out was not my favorite. Very hectic and I was not sure what I should be doing. Thankfully my mother is Japanese and was able to converse with the hotel staff. Extremely convenient and well located place. I wish they would have offered coffe though in our room. They only had tea even when we called and inquired.

The staff was very lovely and helpful. The view from my room was beautiful. The room was clean and fairly modern. I had no complaints about any of the facilities. The only thing, the breakfast was rather mediocre, especially for a 5 star hotel. Not having espressos (latte, etc) as well as any alternative milks (soy, oat, etc) was a pretty big thing for me.

Centrally Located Stay
Nice central place to stay, close to central square, Historical Museum, and National University. Service was great, buffet breakfast was full of options, and spacious rooms.

Great location, walking distance to the Gobi cashmere shop and nice mall with a great souvenir shop as well as KFC and Pizza Hut. Straight across is an art gallery and karaoke place.

Great location, wonderful Premier Lounge with view of the city. Spa services were also great. Only issue was the bathroom madd the room smell teally bad, but the hotel staff found us another room right away. Recommend this hotel

Service Quality Needs Improvement
Have been staying at this hotel whenever I traveled to Ulaanbaatar for work. Its service has gone from bad to worst. Check-in service was slow, inefficient and wrongly deemed as early check-in when actually was a late check-in due to flight delay. At check-out, hotel wanted to charge me for "no-show" when actually I have paid in full including the night I missed because of flight delay for over 12 hours. This had happened before, this time again that housekeeping forgot to provide toiletries. What can I say about this hotel that I stayed there because it is located near my workplace in UB. I have provided feedback to hotel management before but obviously no improvement.

Location is fabulous, Chinggis Khaan Square is within sight. Right next to a small shopping center. The large 7 story government shopping store is within walking distance. Rooms are good but bring your own coffee packets - only tea available. Restaurant is good. Would stay here again

In the world’s most polluted capital, it’s unconscionable that a hotel wouldn’t have air purifiers and filters but that’s the case of the Tuushin hotel. The place smells bad and the pollution concentrations inside the bedrooms make it virtually impossible to sleep.

The place was very well managed and the staff very friendly. The rooms were very clean and luxurious. I had sever meals at the hotel and all were very good. The breakfast was great and the other amenities seemed first rate.
