"Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"Great location, breakfast Buffett was good. We stayed three nights. Staff at check in were great, although they did not offer upgrade for being platinum member with Expedia. Housekeeping did not do a great job and missed to clean our room for one of the nights. Alex at front desk was very kind and changed our room and offered an upgrade. We really appreciated this. We were able to get 2 hours late check out which was very much appreciated. Bar staff at night were super helpful and provided us with ice bucket, wine glasses and such. Overall very clean hotel and great service. Walking distance to many restaurants and transportation. "
