Very well situated. Clean, comfortable and quite convenient. At the start of Old Town with loads of eating options, museums and public transportation literally out the door. Very basic, but very clean and quiet. Morning breakfast always had fresh fruit and freshly baked breads among its vegetarian options. Free access to hot tea and coffee around the clock. A communal fridge and microwave are useful for storing take away. Exceptional Coop Grocer is close by with well-priced ready-to-eat options when not patronizing the scores of eateries nearby. As a single older woman traveling solo, it was ideal. Will book this site again!

The location of the hotel is great and very convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. My room remained around 80°F (27°C) throughout the day and never became comfortable, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I also was surprised that there were no self-service ironing or steaming facilities available, and guests had to pay for pressing services instead. I also found the staff to be rather cold and not especially welcoming or accommodating. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, I was only directed to an Italian restaurant affiliated with the hotel. After requesting additional suggestions, they were unwilling to offer any other options, which was disappointing given that there are many great restaurants in the area. Because of these issues, I ended up leaving earlier than planned and chose to eat at the airport instead. While the location is a definite advantage, the lack of comfort, limited guest amenities, and indifferent service made this stay fall well below my expectations.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!
