"Everything was great except the master bedroom. The bedding was very dirty and stained with multiple things. It appeared to have not been changed from the last guests, even though the bed was all made and set up. We had to completely strip all the bedding down including the matress pad and washed it ourselves. There was also no washing machine pods available. We notified the facility managemend, Red Sands and they brought over some landry pods the next morning. They also mentioned that they would see about refunding the cleaning fee but we have not heard anything. All the rest of the rooms were clean. This was liekly an error on the cleaning crew, but upsetting to arrive and find it that way Great facility for our family reunion. Having the number of bathrooms was perfect for each family to have their own. The two garages was nice. We enjoyed the pickleball court. We enjoyed our stay once we got the master bed cleaned and remade. We will definitely come back when in that area again with our family."

"Did not have a lot of supplies. We had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap. Paper towels. I just never have seen that in other places we stayed. With a family as big as ours you would think they would be more of these items. The dish soap was a mini size. Toilet paper had 2 rolls per bathroom. Other than that it was nice place."

"The unit was well-stocked with supplies, clean, and peaceful, and provided an overall wonderful experience for our family members to enjoy being together for a few days. The living and dining and pool areas provided plenty of space for group activities, along with providing some pool-play items; the kitchen had enough counter and cooking space that was well-equipped with necessary cooking and dining items and appliances; the grill worked great; the bedrooms provided a very comfortable, quiet place of privacy as needed; and the bathrooms were spacious, well-stocked, and clean. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a time together of reprieve and refreshment! The only suggestions that we might possibly offer are to maybe provide some plastic containers with lids in the kitchen area to store leftovers, and to place a box of facial tissues (like Kleenex) in every bathroom. However, we truly had everything we needed with what was provided in the unit!"

"The house and pool were absolutely lovely. We had plenty of space for everyone and enjoyed our stay. We did let them know that the dishwasher had water that had not drained and that it wasn't working. No one came to fix it and it so as far as we know, it still isn't working."
