When we checked in they told us elevator was broken. We said no big deal, but after 3 days of hauling stuff and babies up/down stairs it got old quick. Ice machine was broke on our floor and no vending machines in the facility. Front desk sold a few things and like usual it was 3-4x the price as anywhere else. Fresh towels daily was nice but our trash was never picked-up and room never vacuumed. I would of complained to from desk but was more concerned at that time about making sure my kids and wife had a great vacation outside of the hotel.

I'm really sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your recent stay. Dealing with a broken elevator, especially with babies and luggage, can be incredibly exhausting and frustrating. We would like to apologize for the housekeeping service for not changing your trash & vacuuming your room. It's completely understandable that you didn't want to spend your vacation time dealing with complaints and instead focused on ensuring your family had a great time outside of the hotel. I hope that despite these setbacks, you were able to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

This experience was terrible. We went and we called ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was working because that was a huge deal to us. They assured us it was and then said it wasn’t. The first room we got there was no AC it was hot and uncomfortable. We had to call and request a room. Next that night we stayed they were using saws and drills and banging next door at 11:30 at night. We asked was there construction and he said no then it stopped. The next morning the power tools are going again at 9am. We called and complained again and they switched rooms again for the second time. While we were unpacking to go into the hotel there were ants everywhere in the parking lot me and my younger daughter got hit about 6 times. This trip was all around TERRIBLE. I have contacted their corporate office for a refund!!!!

Everything was fine for a quick one night stay. All staff very friendly. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell, but seemed clean. Average breakfast, very nice pool area!

Good for a night or two stays. The room ammenities (except TV); the bed and room size were the best. The breakfast was subpar, the same and poorly maintained. Cleaning was adequately done.

No table or desk. Not enough lighting. No lamp on one nightstand. Have to run the fan in the bathroom if you have the light on, which is annoying. No rod to hold toilet paper. Could use a coffee table in front of the couch.

We got there early in the morning after a 15 hour drive and the manager was very nice and accomidating. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The only thing is the hot tub closes way to early like 9pm. I went down at 920pm and the door was not locked but the front desk night worker was not very nice. I asked if i could get in for only 10 minutes and she would not let me. Very disappointed as the reason i picked this hotel was for the hot tub. I explained my back was hurting from the long druve and she said she is watched by camera yet the door was not yet locked. Other than that everything was really nice and the morning girls are amazing. Thank you

me and my family always stay here when we visit my daughter in college and never had any issues, but on saturday our room was not cleaned our towels was picked up and not replaced we had to go to the front desk to get fresh clean towels and it was odd because we love staying here during our stays
