Nice beach themed decor, somewhat comfortable furnishings. The cons, paint chipping on the walls and ceilings. Large place on the ceiling, above the dining table, where the boards have buckled. Particles dropping from that area in to our food and drinks. We could hear the scurrying of critters in the attic area as well. The gas grill was moldy when I uncovered it. The deck was slippery, as well as the rocks in the pergola area. Kitchen was equipped with enough plates and silverware.There wasn't anything other than 3 coffee cups and 1 glass, as far as drinkware was concerned. We did not have hot water for our showers however. There was hot water from the sinks, just not the shower. They are also pretty firm on check out. Kitchen: needs a bigger refrigerator, and the burners on the stove need to be replaced in order to hold pots better, a few more cooking utensils would’ve been nice, a few grilling utensils as well, and maybe just throw out the charcoal grill that no longer has a grate for grilling on.
