We called the desk and they had some come to "clean" them again - they weren't much better than prior and they left a huge pile of bait next to the bed. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Beachside Colony. It was the perfect setup for our family vacation, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together without feeling crowded.The living room was large and comfortable, with plenty of seating for family movie nights or just lounging after a day at the beach. The kitchen was a standout — fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, including full-size appliances, lots of counter space, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes we could want.Each bedroom was nicely decorated and offered plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings quick and stress-free — a huge plus with a larger group.The condo was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. It was just a short walk to the beach and pool, and we really appreciated being close to all the resort amenities while still having our own private space to unwind.Overall, this condo was a great value for the size and location. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachside Colony in the past and absolutely love it. This condo has a great location and is very easy to get to the beach. It is a very short walk. You can see the beach boardwalk from the balcony. It doesn't have a direct beach view which made the price more affordable for us. The condo was very clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The onsite office is nearby and we loved stopping by to get recommendations for restaurants and island activities. My only two complaints are the dirty and sticky floors. The tiles are off white and the grout should be as well but the grout is black in high traffic areas (off white closer to the walls) and in need of a deep cleaning. There were long strands of blond human hair all over the unit. The hair was in places like the shower and on the floor so a good cleaning of the shower and rinsing of the walls, along with a good vacuum would have taken care of the hair issue. Other than the dirty floors and the hair, the unit was nice, in a nice location, convenient parking, a restaurant on the property and a short walk through the property to the pool and beach access.
