"The staff at the hotel - especially Eka was very nice! They organized a Balinese ceremony class for us which was very good. We learnt more about Balinese traditions. In terms of amenities there isn’t much besides the heated pool. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a private pool. But the pool was quite unclean and was filled with insects so we couldn’t use it. It is not temperature controlled. Wouldn’t recommend taking a suite for this reason. Food options at the hotel was very limited and most guests including us ended up eating at Munduk Plantation next door instead."

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room comes with tons of perks like free laundry, free souvenirs, afternoon tea, and guided trek through local plantations. The restaurant food was also fantastic. I would highly recommend."
