Overall the stay was fine. But, there was zero coffee service in the room and the cups in the breakfast area were barely big enough for a sip of water. Minor to some, but we're big morning coffee lovers and that kinda stink. And the plug in over the bar didn’t work at all. Apparently the ground fault was faulty.

I have stayed here many times but this time was by far the worst. When we entered the room the bathroom floor had lots of water, next morning discovered we had no warm water for a shower. It was straight ice water. Alerted the staff. They didnt seem to care and no one came during our stay to address the issue. Had to drive to my daughters dorm to shpwer each day. Very inconvenient

The room was smal, but thats ok because it was just me. It was warm and the bed was comfy. But the best was the staff, i had car troubles and they let me hang out for quite awhile and some tried to help me with it as well.

I arrived at the property 2hours after calling to tell the front desk i would be late because of a storm. The front desk clerk told me that i had to have an out of town id if i didnt want to be charged $250 for a deposit. And that if i didnt want to be charged that i can get someone with a out of town id to do it. I came back with someone but the front desk clerk wasnt at the front desk. Mind u its 4am and it was just a bad tornado the reason i was late getting there.

The room itself was fine. There were some goobers on the wall that we cleaned off with a washcloth, but definitely something housekeeping should've taken care of. It was a better value on a big game weekend than paying $4k at the Embassy Suites, but overall rating was fair-to-good.

When we arrived, the lobby restroom was out of order and no one was at the front desk. When the clerk arrived he explained that the room we reserved wasn't clean and the maid had gone home. He had to call the manager who contacted the maid to come back and clean our room. We had to wait for 1.5 hours for our room. Otherwise, it was obvious that there was quite a bit of maintenance being done. Our room was very nice. It should be noted that although it was "accessible" it was a tub with fold down seat, not a walk in shower.

We traveled from Texas and arrived at 1pm and the woman at the front desk told us we would have to pay $25.00 to check in before 3pm. There were 3 cars in the parking lot!!! We couldn't believe her lack of friendliness. Horrible attitude.
