The room was not clean. My trash can was full of trash and beer cans left from the previous guest. The customer service was poor. I was asked by the front desk clerk and management to remove the trash. Why would I want to touch someone else’s trash? The rooms are to expensive for poor customer service!!!!

Arrived at 4:30pm and room was not ready. When I asked if they would call me when the room was ready all she kept saying was I can’t check you in until the room is ready no timeframe or offer to assist in any way Breakfast at 8:00am most everything was gone. I asked for some bread for a piece of toast and they brought me a stale obviously 3 day old piece of bread. When I asked for something not stale and hard they brought me frozen bread. All the time acting like I was putting them out for such a small request. Suggest all the staff get a course in customer service! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel not the level of service you would expect from a Hilton Brand for sure

When I went to check out the desk lady refused to give me a print out of my bill which I NEEDED for it was a business trip. She said she couldn't and that the copy of the bill would have to come from Expedia! One desk clerk said I could get it and then the next morning I was denied a copy!!!!! What do you expec t me to do now?

I am unsure which staff member told you we would give you a receipt print out, but we are unable to print the Expedia receipts for you. Expedia will send you an email with your receipt showing all charges. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Went to check in at 6:30 and did not have any rooms available for the large group of people trying to check in with confirmed reservations. Waited for about 45 minutes and still no room so had to leave to go out to dinner with my suitcase in tow and not able to change or shower. When finally got back to the hotel they no longer had the room they had promised would be available when I left and got a room that I did not book instead. The staff was kind and helpful but the situation was horrible.

This hotel has potential but is under staffed and the employees working are over worked and unhappy. When we checked into our room, they did not have any clean towels, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. The second day we were there housekeeping never came to make up our room. We paid a lot of money to stay there with VERY little service

This was my second time, second chance at this property. Never again. The kitchen wasn’t equipped, no utensil. The cupboards were missing handles. The room service never replenished towels nor took the old dirty ones that I placed in the hall for 3 days. The breakfast lady was rude and check in had NO smile at all. There was updating going on and therefore the bathrooms(lobby) were closed and the pool was as well. I will not return here. I have photos to share as well.

This property is under remodel but not a word was said during reservation process The pool, laundry and gym were off limits. They say a complete kitchen..it is Not, dishwasher fell out of the wall when opened. The microwave would not allow you to set power levels no cooktop.

New Year Eve
Rented room for New Year Eve's Celebration so no one would have to drive home after drinking. We ended up not spending the night as one in the party had not been drinking and drove everyone home. However, spent time in the room getting ready for the evening and returned a few times during the evening to utilized a nice bathroom versus a bar bathroom. Ragan, the young lady at the desk during check-in, was very polite and informative and made sure that we had everything we needed.

It’s a 2 star at best
Multiple light bulbs out, wallpaper falling down, drywall watch not finished and none of the usb ports worked. Was very loud cause walls was thin. Positive was mattress comply and shower had great pressure.

Shower had black mold/moldew, bathroom door does not shut completely for privacy. Staff was less than friendly. Breakfast was sparsely stocked and attendee was not friendly. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we arrived we had to ask for lined for the fold out bed. We were told we couldn’t have another blanket since we already had one. When it came time to shower we discovered we had no body wash or shampoo. There were additional toiletries available. Most hotels have conditioner or body lotion. Not this one.

The rooms were good but breakfast was very poor. The tables were not cleaned, the food not restocked and the first morning they stopped serving 30 minutes early. Lesson learned, we were earlier the next morning. The definitely needed more help.

Football hell weekend!
They put us in a room with the TV broken and they said they had ordered a new one but sorry it never came in. No TV on a sports trip? Are you kidding me? And they knew it was not working! Two towels the whole weekend and no sheets or blankets for sofa bed.

Our room was very loud from outside road noise. The tile floors were cracked, the bathroom “barn door” was extremely hard to move. Beds were made with no mattress pad, just a sheet on the mattress, the mattress pad was made as a blanket.

Staffs unwillingness to clean my room on a daily basis. Have to arrange to have your room cleaned on a daily basis and they still did not clean the room on two occasions. Staff acts aloof and does not care about your requests. Will not be returning as there are many other options.

Friends and I stayed overnight for a concert at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. It was extremely easy to walk to the venue and parking options were great. We arrived a little early, but they were able to go ahead and get us checked in with no problems. Very quiet, comfortable and felt safe walking at night. Front desk staff was welcoming. Breakfast was really good and it was nice to receive complimentary bottles of water instead of charging.

Check in was chaotic. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast on Saturday morning was terrible. Little to no food available and the kitchen person was extremely rude! When asking the kitchen lady about food, she not nice and acted like putting any food out at all was a hassle. Ask the lady at the front desk about food, she said, “Sorry that ain’t my area.” I have never experienced such a bad experience at a Hilton.

Went for Hank Williams Jr. concert and this was the absolute best place to stay. I would recommend staying here especially if you’re going to a concert at the amphitheater. The staff was wonderful.

We stay here during our visit to UA. The location was very convenient. Close to restaurants and bars. Easy access to UA and other local attractions. Room was clean, had a mini kitchen area with a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates and silverware. Nice to have for a quick food warm up! Bathroom was a bit dated and shower soap dispenser was not functioning but front desk attendant was ready with other toiletries options. Overall a very good option for your stay!
