I was already annoyed that I was standing at the front desk for at least 5-10 minutes. There was not a single person behind the desk. There were a couple employees that I'm sure saw me, but chose not to acknowledge I was there. Then, parking is horrible. I was staying in the front 3000 building, but I had to park all the way around the corner near the next building. What topped it off was the business center. My husband doesn't always need the business center, but today he did. He wanted to review some documents during some downtime in the park, and needed to print something out. But the internet was not working, delaying out departure time an hour. We tried to come back in the evening to print it out, then he was told the router was not working. The amenities sound fun and abundant, but didn't have a chance to use them since I was only staying one night and planned to spend most of our time in the park. This hotel is definitely not worth the price I paid and made it worse with the computer issues.
