"Staff was very friendly but the floors were filthy. Got out of the shower and got my clothes from the other room and went back to the bathroom with my bare feet not thinking anything and the floor towel had dirty get printed from my feet being wet on the floor. That completely grossed me out. Also there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. The air was perfect, the staff was wonderful it was just the floor that made me cringe. They were pet friendly which was extremely helpful as we were doing cross country live with our pets "

"Couldn't of have chosen a better place despite it being Memphis-based. We stayed for the Jehovah's Witness convention and it was a great place to renew strength. Despite the water contamination (pretty much all of Memphis) and a power surge, the maintenance and staff showed great care for what was in their hands. The wife and the kids loved it, they didn't want to leave on the last day! Highly recommended and highly likely to return next year. "
