The hotel is good as expected. the area is dead at night maybe it is because of Ramadan. you need a taxi to go anywhere including dining or shopping.

I stay at dozens of ibis' hotels. The important things clean, good pressure and hot water, wifi, convenient charging ports, helpful. Never really been dissappointed. One improvement would be minifridge ( not stocked) in room

The room was not cleaned properly, found hair and nose boogers inside the bedsheet, shower was not clean,the cleaning lady just barged in the room without knocking while i was asleep the next day, asked her to come by later and i kept the cleaning sign on the door at noon when i left and to my surprise when i came back to the room at the end of the night the room was not cleaned. Cleaning staff has to be addressed!

Everything was perfect except..
The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable. The services including checkin, checkout and the housekeeping were excellent. The staff were so friendly. The location is fine. The only downside is that no one helped me to carry the luggage to the room.

The facility is quite good and it is clean. However, the female receptionist checked us in was some what combative. She spoke to me roughly and without any patience. After a couple of queries from me she crossed her arms in front of her body and banged the piece of paper needed to be signed by me on the counter. I would recommend Ibis Tunis to others if was not of her.

The best part is the shower. It is huge and has a lot of water. Good one. The breakfast is good. Services is ok. A women at the restaurant is always a bit moody. But the bailboys and front office are very happy and helpful. Check everysingle bils you have paid, or get a receipt if you pay anything in cash. That amount could be added in your bill when checking out. Airport pickup is about 3tims of taxi rate. However taxi drivers are pretty much scam in Tunis, including those who are serounded around the hotel. The money is not big but the feeling of being taking advantage is incomparable.
