Comfortable and spacious house with a big terrace ,a well equipped kitchen , 2 bathrooms with 1 bathtub and a private parking spot.  
It’s located in a very attractive and touristic area.  
10 mn max by feet to get to the one of the best beach spots in Hammamet.  
You’ll find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés… just by walking.  
3 ACs( 2 in the bedrooms and 1 in the living room).
