The service was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not utilize the facilities as we were there for a conference. Room was clean. It was very quiet. Parking was not an issue.

I arrived at the hotel around 3:30am but the check-in time is 3:00pm and I paid additional early checked-in. Is there any way you can early check-in at your hotel. around 10:00am or little bit early?

Location was great. Staff was friendly. No wifi in room. Aircon not adjustable too cold. No room service. Both wi fi and roomservice were advertised. Free breakfast buffet so bad we only ate there once. Carpet in hall old, dirty, and worn.

This place appears to have been awesome in the 1980s. Generally in a low degree of cleanliness. Carpets in the hallways were stained and wet. They didn’t show up until almost 6pm to clean the room and only then after I asked for it. No wash clothes in the bathroom. Breakfast consistently served 30min after advertised start time. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet was loose. The elevators were fast and smelled nice? Maybe that’s enough for you. The breakfast was tasty once it was ready. The price was low and I got what I paid for. With some investment this place is in a good location and has the potential to be a nice hotel.

I would of recommended this Hotel. I won't now they want me to pay for another night that i did not use. There was a communication problem but I'm still required to pay. So i believe this Hotel sucks!!!

Hotel is completely rundown. Whole building needs a fresh coat of paint and routine maintenance and upgrades. Trimming in the room coming apart. Broken door handle on entrances. WiFi only available in the lobby. What hotel resort in 2019 doesn’t offer WiFi in the hotel room?

Bad Guam Hotel
Verona is poorly service and lacks decent cleanliness. Housekeeping need retraining to clean the rooms and walk ways. It is one hotel that i would never again stay or even recommend. Extremely dirty and saw dead roaches too.

Beautiful but old.
The hotel is in great locations and the views are absolutely beautiful. But one thing I didn’t like is all the stuff are too old, wish they can replace all the old stuff in the room.

No blackout curtains. No condiments. 4 mini cockroaches appeared out of nowhere in the bathroom. 1 towel was dirty or had a black stain. Leakage or drippings coming from the exhaust ceiling. Room was hard to open and close.

This hotel has so much potential, but it’s not being used at all. It’s close to downtown, beaches, food, KMart. We were on the top floor. The view was amazing. There is free WiFi, but ONLY in the lobby. Not in the rooms. The hallway and room smelled moldy, which was due to the AC filters. Had to stick car fresheners in the vents to make it smell better. The AC also kept the pillows, blankets, and clothes feeling damp. The fridge was broken. No microwave. No ice machines worked. Only the second floor had 2 washers/driers. Ventured to other floors in the hotel just to check it out... I was not prepared. It’s like they only use about 3 or 4 floors for guests. Some floors had no AC (which actually made the smell go away) but dead cockroaches here and there. Room doors were ajar that had a “being renovated” sign but it looked like a hurricane went through them. So dirty. Some stored old hotel items, beds, TVs, random stuff. If you do stay here, GO to the 3rd floor... it looks like a scene from a horror movie, not even joking. Even if you don’t stay here, FIND THIS HOTEL AND GO to that floor. it would be a hit on Halloween. You’ll never see anything like it.

I saw the deal online so I booked it for $56. When I arrived the hotel looked much different than the listing and not good. I noticed the place was being renenivated and being power washed. I told the front desk that the lobby smelled like mold and was told that it had just been reopened after being closed since 2012. My room was bad, it had a strong smell of mold, I changed rooms 3 times in a hour, thats not good. I will be contacting Expidia about my experience.

Definitely Not a 4 star resort
Definitely not worth the money i paid for this room. Wifi was non-existent and when i called to ask where was the wifi, the resort staff said " you need to check your reservation because it said there may be wifi," and then hung up. The building up keep was horrible. I believe this resort rates somewhere up there with a motel 6. I would not/am not going to refer this place to anyone... that includes enemies as well.

Hotel was disgusting. My room was on the 11th floor and there were windows missing from the wall right outside the elevator. The room was moldy and stinky. Half the accommodations that were advertised were not there. The pool was about half full with green water and the area around the pool was unkept. The staff was understandable and helpful. The lobby was either missing carpet or the carpet was coming up and nickeled in some places. Very unhappy with the hotel and will not recommend the location to anyone.

The lady at the front desk on Wednesday at around 1030 gave AMAZING custumer service. I believe her name was Kathy, sorry I was exhausted by the time I made it there. She went well out of her way to accommodate. She needs to be recognized for her exemplary customer service. The rooms seems a bit dark and needs more light but other than that it was great location. Not far from the beach, great reassurants, or Kmart. There is transportation available close by. The price was good for being in Tumon.

Now I don’t usually ever write reviews but in this case I feel it’s a must. When I went to check in, the lady at front desk didn’t smile at all or greet us. She just handed us the room keys, didn’t say anything else. Got to the first room (we got 2 rooms) it smelled funky. The refrigerator was so small, had rust & didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile. They have wood floors which hadn’t been swept or mopped very well because, the floor was kinda sticky & you could feel some dirt. The tub & shower are separated, which I prefer. The tub looked so dirty & had a bunch of rust stains. You could see all the water stains on the glass of the shower. The second room had better looking tub but, the shower had rust stains & there was mold underneath the waste basket. Also, the mirror was dirty. It was around 11pm & way too exhausted from our flight to make a complaint let alone get a room change. So, the next morning(6am) we go to the front desk(much more courteous staff) to let them know of our issues & were more than happy to change our rooms. We got slightly cleaner rooms but, still not clean! Oh btw, they only give you 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels, which were damp & had stains. Disgusting & so glad we had our own towels(all 4 rooms)! Will never stay here ever again & I do not recommend anyone else stay either!!! Save yourself & your money!!!!

The hotel was empty, which can be a blessing or a curse. We quickly found out that why. Roaches in the elevator, no hot water in the shower, mold in the room, sticky hallways and room floor. When I asked the receptionist if there was a somewhere I could go get water for my kids, she looked at me like, where do you think you are a motel 6? She said I could walk to the nearest store and buy water. Short and sweet. Have to say that caught me off guard. There were boards on some of the exterior windows of the hotel. I have to think that this hotel was once a thing of beauty because it is in a great location, great view, and seemed to once have a bit of charm. Am happy to report that our beds were clean, new sheets and pillow cases which was a major plus. Will not be staying here again and cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone.

Disappointing Comforts
All though the reservation staff were friendly, the room itself was disappointing. Air conditioner made the bed linens and pillow case felt moist all night. I didn't want to bother the front desk in the midmorning. Lobby area had a distinctive odor more so like the building has not been occupied for sometime.

Overall the hotel needs to be cleaned. Some painting water blasting, air freshener in main ac to make hotel more refreshing. The hotel smelt like an adbandoned apt. Wood flooring in hotel was very sticky. Other than cleanliness, customer service was great.

Cheap, but there is a reason
This hotel is cheap for it's location and has a good view, with fairly clean room despite the one cockroach I found crawling on the shower door. The pool bar is shut down, the hot springs in the spa are closed, an the laundry room doesn't work. Staff are nice but the safety is questionable, as the staff is almost completely absent at night. They also slacked on the housekeeping, we had to ask twice for towels and trash change. Good for a tight budget and very short stay.

There was only one person at the desk during check-in so there was a line. The next morning I had no water pressure in my room. It took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone and I they said they were aware and working on it. I waited for an hour and a half with no call back. I needed to leave so when I got downstairs again there was only one person at the desk but this time he was doing check out and giving out breakfast platters from McDonald's. When I asked about why there wasn't any water pressure, his response was more oh someone turned it off. 're didn't apologise for the inconvenience or anything.

I've booked a night with breakfast. However, when I arrived there and was told there is no more complimentary buffet breakfast and was guaranteed to have me refund with the breakfast. But instead of refund me the money.. I got charged an EXTRA night!! I went back to the hotel to solve the issue 3 days ago and the front desk lady told me she's going to check and call me back. 3 days went through and nothing yet. Really poor service
