Nice hotel, great customer service.

Our stay at Royal Orchid was great. Upon arrival there we discovered that because I made my reservation so late they had not received it. I merely showed them my itinerary that I had booked it and they gave me no issues checking in and resolved the issue themselves with the travel agency.
To accommodate our flight schedule they allowed us at no additional charge an early check-in and early check-out.
The staff working were so very polite and courteous it was great talking with them.
I also received a free upgrade from superior to an ocean view which was spectacular.
Lastly, after checking out while at the airport I realized I had accidentally forgotten 3 post cards I'd written on the computer desk in my room. After calling the hotel to ask about it they said not to even worry about the postage which I offered to pay over the phone by card, and they mailed them for me for free.
I don't usually do reviews, but my experience here was so great I decided I had to share it.
We will be visiting Guam again in a few months, and Royal Orchid is 100% positively where I'll be staying.
