Very spacious rooms, close to the trolley stops

Pros: Spacious rooms.
Cons: It would be nice to have a restaurant that serves breakfast in the premises.
Location: Close to restaurants, shops and trolley stops. T-Galleria, Underwater world are all within a walking distance.
We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are really spacious and the staff are friendly. The beach strip is just 3 min by walk so its really convenient. The trolley stop is also just few minutes away. Excellent value for money.

Could be so much more

Checked in for a night stay. The room was nicely furnished and had everything you would need (refrigerator, microwave, etc.). However, the cleaning staff needs to do a much better job of cleaning! There was dust on the wall panels, behind he tv & refrigerator, etc. I would've rated the stay higher if it was clean. (I kept on sneezing.!). Overall, it was decent room for the price in Tumon.

No hot water for shower.

It was good that I arrived early in the morning, the front desk let me check in without extra charge. However, there was no hot water for shower, complained and changed the room, still no improvement. Aircon is noisy.

It was a nice experience, friendly employees thanks! but i strongly suggest to improve their cleanliness especially the carpet and the toilet. Cheaper price compare to neighboring hotels. Thanks!

ok short term place

The beds are not that comfortable. The refrigerator was broken so it kept freezing our food (milk for coffee, etc.) Housekeeping did the minimum or skipped us and we had to find them to change our our towels, etc. They did not change the sheets in a week.

Cons: Clean room before noon hour
Good location: short walk to main tourist shopping and restaurant area; a few blocks from the beaches
