Easily reached by a short bike ride and a nice walk from Tulum downtown. You will be 3-4 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful cenotes and less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. The newly opened beach road, Av. Kukulkan, is right around the corner and will bring you to the sea in 10 minutes by car or 25 by bike. You will stay in a fashion developing area, close to a wide variety of excellent cuisine restaurants and bars.
