While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events. Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments. The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned. This condo is in an area with its own 24-hour guarded security. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, some bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath & beach towels, and a few home and bath essentials are provided complimentary during your stay. We can also help with an airport transfer if needed, just let us know! We provide some home and bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but just note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’d need to purchase more. There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service. Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C.
