We loved the privacy of it and enjoyed time with our granddaughter in it. The staff were amazing!! They were extremely helpful and friendly:) I would come back just to see them! They gave us beach toys to use for our granddaughter as well as having a crib available. I would recommend having a vehicle which was helpful to get to the beach and to restaurants downtown. The gym was great and we used that daily. The small restaurant on site was actually very good and helpful when we arrived late. We felt very safe there. Martin patiently works with us for WiFi connectivity (understandable in Tulum). Small enough to be a quiet get away yet with a great gym and the yoga room was fabulous. The Management took care of our every wish and made arranging tours and restaurants super easy. We chose to stay in one of the penthouses with a pool that was great for cooling off and sipping cocktails. Only regret was not choosing a penthouse on the quiet side overlooking the jungle.
