The staff did their best with a poor facility..The only saving grace is the Dennys next door..The hotel is supposed to be the airport hotel , but it takes a geography lesson to find upon arrival in Tulsa..However the room was clean , but the cracked mirror over the wash up area had not been replaced. The hotel was not what I had anticipated from the advertising.

Nasty rooms and unaccommadating staff! The room smelled like mold. I have registered can mplaints with Expedia and Red Roof Inn Corporate offices! No response as of yet

Location: Airport
Room smeklled bad, bugs on floor, etc. Pool so dirty no one would dare put a toe in.

People smoking pot All over the place, guy building a subwoofer box with drills hammers, ect outside my window at 1 am with a bunch of people standing around drinking beer. Bathroom wasn't very clean

Worst-Squatters were living in part of this hotel!

Pros: The pictures online made the room look nice. It was newly remodeled, but the safety situation outweighed a newly remodeled room.
Cons: Too much to mention in this email.
Location: Terrifying location!
First red flag: I was yelled at by a homeless man sitting on the bench in the front of the hotel after I checked it (around 9:00 at night). There were multiple other homeless people with their shopping carts loitering in the parking lot. They got in a very loud fight right outside of my room. 1/3 of the hotel has not been remodeled yet. The windows were boarded up, but it was clear that the homeless were squatting inside. I checked out to stay somewhere else and forfeited the cost of the hotel because the additional cost of a hotel was much less than the deductible I would have paid for my car if it was damaged in the parking lot. When I called the hotel to tell them I had checked out and why, the front desk person stated that they (the people in the parking lot) wouldn't mess with me or my car while he was there cause they knew his car and knew he wouldn't allow it. So, the hotel obviously knows that it is a problem and they didn't advertise or offer to refund the money. I drove back by the next morning to see it in the light of day and it was worse than I thought the night before.
