People smoking pot All over the place, guy building a subwoofer box with drills hammers, ect outside my window at 1 am with a bunch of people standing around drinking beer. Bathroom wasn't very clean

Worst-Squatters were living in part of this hotel!

Pros: The pictures online made the room look nice. It was newly remodeled, but the safety situation outweighed a newly remodeled room.
Cons: Too much to mention in this email.
Location: Terrifying location!
First red flag: I was yelled at by a homeless man sitting on the bench in the front of the hotel after I checked it (around 9:00 at night). There were multiple other homeless people with their shopping carts loitering in the parking lot. They got in a very loud fight right outside of my room. 1/3 of the hotel has not been remodeled yet. The windows were boarded up, but it was clear that the homeless were squatting inside. I checked out to stay somewhere else and forfeited the cost of the hotel because the additional cost of a hotel was much less than the deductible I would have paid for my car if it was damaged in the parking lot. When I called the hotel to tell them I had checked out and why, the front desk person stated that they (the people in the parking lot) wouldn't mess with me or my car while he was there cause they knew his car and knew he wouldn't allow it. So, the hotel obviously knows that it is a problem and they didn't advertise or offer to refund the money. I drove back by the next morning to see it in the light of day and it was worse than I thought the night before.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Running off vagrants.
Location: Close to the airport.
Booked as a last minute thing when something else fell through. The staff member that checked us in was EXCELLENT. Great personality and friendly. Room accommodations were ok. Paint was fresh, floors were tile. Pretty basic. Location isn't great (pretty sure there was a shooting a few blocks away the day before). Around 10:15 pm, I had to go outside to tell two guys to turn down the music. They were just sitting in the parking lot with the music blaring, the bass was rattling the hotel windows. No one from the hotel went to run themoff. We booked the Hilton Garden the next night and just forfeited the money for the second night.

This hotel was a terrible experience

Pros: Nothing. Not even the breakfast was good.
Cons: Everything. Everything could be improved.
Location: Once we FINALLY received our keys, there were suspicious individuals all around our room. We did not feel comfortable going into our room.
I will never return to this hotel. We arrived at 4am and our room was not ready for us. There was someone in our room because there was a mistake within the staff from the booking. We were then given a room with two beds (after we requested one) and they knocked at 11am as we were still sleeping because they took forever to get us a room. The employee was VERY rude and did not even consider the fact they messed up big time. There was absolutely NO customer service and no consideration of our patience with the hotel staff. 20 minutes later, when we were TRYING to gather our stuff quickly, the manager opened the door with his own key, without our permission, and screamed at us to get out of the hotel. We tried explaining our situation and patience with him, but he did not care one bit. We will never be returning to this hotel and hope for a refund.

A car was jacked up being repaired in the parking lot with oil leaking out. After the car left the next day the area was not cleaned and I ran over a very large brick in the dark. No carpets in the room = very uncomfortable. Toilet was loose and unstable. Shower unusable because room could not be warmed up. ANTHONY GAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. No breakfast on second day.

Car show trip

The room was clean, had just been remodeled. the location was great but in a not so good area of town. For the first two mornings the phone would start ringing at 5am, I had to call the front desk and ask them to remove the wakeup call that had been placed by prior patron. After the first night stay our room was not cleaned so we had no clean towels or coffee for the next morning. I stopped at the front desk to get some and they didn't have any available. I was told they would bring some up but they never did. They are still in the process of fixing up the hotel so there are workers on site early. The free breakfast was pretty sad. Over all it was ok for the price.

Cons: Need security detail for this hotel; improve air quality within the room
Location: Close to major highway and restaurants nearby
Nicely renovated room; HVAC unit affected air quality within the room; ongoing construction and homeless people milling around the hotel did not make me feel comfortable staying at this hotel
