The AC in the room was not working the hot water wasn’t working it kept going on and off , the breakfast food was still frozen in the middle and the beds were very itchy and dirty. There was also a loud fight that broke out around 3/4am right outside our window and the homeless slept outside and came inside to bother us and ask us for change. Not worth the price.

When I arrived at the property I was greeted with a smile and great hospitality. Destiny, Helped us throughout our stay going above and beyond her duties. She turned our stay into a five star experience.The other staff members were good. There was only one gentleman on Saturday that wasn't inviting. My room was clean and the custodial staff was friendly as well. I would book this hotel the next time I visit Tulsa.

Although the staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful, the room was a bit dingy (some of the sheets even had stains on them). Additionally, the area around the hotel was trash-ridden and awkward to get to as it's behind several other buildings

A property that takes pets will never be in good a shape as those that do not. However, that said, I appreciate that they do and am willing to overlook a lot as a result. My problem with this property was housekeeping. No hair dryer, no towels on arrival. I used the coffeemaker and the supplies wer3 not replenished

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Area is terrible. There was a shooting at the property next door, police on hotel property. Did not feel safe and left the property and found a better hotel

There was no hot water for most of my stay. When I told the front desk, their response was that they would write it down but they couldn’t really do anything about it. Room smelled musty and slightly smoky even though it was non-smoking room. Worse than any experience I have had at a La Quinta.

The area in which this property is located is rather blighted. There were two situations I witnessed involving a gentleman with obvious mental health issues coming into the lobby; it was rather disturbing. The staff was nice though. Corporate should not allow an employee to work alone overnight at that property.

Lumpy bed and a lot of stains on the sofa bed mattress. Stayed a couple of days and both days breakfast was sausage, biscuits and gravy. Need to put some hot egg choices in there. A lot of homeless activity in the area. Olga in the breakfast area was super friendly. Won’t stay there again.

Rooms were decent. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Sheets were old and worn out. You’re safe inside but there’s a lot of homeless cutting through back parking lot and next door hotels.

Turned on the heater, it reeked, cant even place the smell. 15 bucks for a small bowl of cheap ramen, one of 2 flavors of Gatorade and stake cookies. The hallway smelled of urine, and the free "breakfast" was garbage. I paid the same price pern night at a MARRIOTT in DENVER in a nice area of town. This place is a rip-off, and needs security, to witt: opening and closing my door was incredibly loud. Why? Because where someone obviously tried forcing their way in the room at some point the metal door rubs on the metal frame. Garbage hotel.

I flew into Tulsa airport, hot literally in line of site from hotel. Minimum charge for taxi from airpoty to hotel $25. What a rip off. Tulsa is taking advantage of visitors and seniors. Expedia should be aware and warn people. $25 for under 3 miles.should
