The lamps in the room did not work and table tops were very dusty. The adult pool and hot tub had several kids under 14 daily.

Everything was great except the ridiculous policy that you cannot have alcohol in your room. I get not being able to take drinks you buy in the casino up to your room or bring your own drinks down to the casino. But the fact that I couldn’t bring beer that I bought at a convenience store into my room so that I can drink in my room is crazy.

I was pretty sure when I booked the property it said breakfast was included, but I didn't see anywhere that it was. Also, nothing in the room that had any instructions on Wi fi. But the room was clean, the hotel was clean.

I arrived at 8:30 pm on Monday, check in was easy and convenient but there were no dining options open in the hotel or casino. Fortunately there are fast and fast casual options across the street. I did notice options for breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Will try earlier another night.

Our room was dirty. The bedding was visibly soiled. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom shower had hair in it. We spoke with the housekeeper who was in the hall and showed her the room. She reported it to the manager who never got back with us. We have reached out multiple times with no response. We have even reached out to the hotel director and cannot get a response.

My husband I stayed for our anniversary and we had an absolutely amazing time. Kind of wish the fountains lit up, but the place is completely beautiful. We will definitely be back soon.

The property was okay. Clean, but the rooms are over priced for what you are getting. The bathrooms were outdated and the rooms were just normal rooms. If going back, we will stay at a cheaper yet nicer hotel off the property.

We had a blast. Room was clean. We were two woman on a girls trip and never felt unsafe. It’s right by the freeway so easy access on and off with plenty of food and shopping
