Nice hotel, great location

Posted 21-Dec-2016
Pros: I liked the location and access to area shopping, restaurants and highways.
Cons: Didn't like that refrigerators were an extra cost and not just included in the room of an upscale hotel.
Location: Walking distance from Oral Roberts and Wal-Mart.
Stayed here for two nights. We checked in late but were helped promptly. Didn't use the pool or eat in the hotel. However, everything looked nice and there was no chlorine smell in the lobby. Rooms were clean. View in room was over the lobby though. Maid knocked to clean @ 8am. Our only trouble was with not receiving the crib we asked for. 3 times (once online, twice at the desk) we asked for a crib to be brought up and it never was. Instead of complaining, we adapted, but it made us feel very unimportant. Our key also didn't work at some point and caused us an extra trip downstairs but no big deal.

nice and quiet hotel

Posted 06-Dec-2016
Pros: The hotel, parking lot and rooms are well maintained and clean.
Cons: nothing
Location: located south of downtown Tulsa, but still close enough to get to shopping and restaurants
I always find the staff courteous and attentive.

No microwave, fridge or continental breakfast

Posted 24-Oct-2016
Pros: It was close to my conference hall.
Cons: They were not well prepared even though I booked over a month.
Location: The location was ok with shopping centers nearby.
Bad, the causacian staff who checked me in was not friendly. The hotel shuttle driver KIM was superb and very friendly. The hotel need more of that type of staff(I mean KIM). There were some other nice staffs though but I can't remember their names.

Location: Perfect location for where I needed to be.
Great location, great staff - some of the best I have experienced. Great customer service and shuttle excellent. Staff very prompt with extra requests ie, my mattress was too hard for me. They changed it out for a pillow-top within 30 minutes. The rest of my sleeping was terrific. Elevators were very quick. I noticed there were a lot of corporate accounts. Many workers in different industries stayed here all the time. Talking with these guests, they were very happy with this hotel. Hotel food was delicious. Breakfast buffet, burgers, and sides all delicious and cooked perfectly to my request. I enjoyed the orange infused ice water in the lobby. My only negatives were the lobby and restaurant areas--very chilly. Unfortunately breakfast buffet chaffing dishes could not hold the heat. If you did not get there when they filled dishes, all the food was cold, not just cool, but cold. The staff was very apologetic and brought more hot food out, but that did take awhile. I enjoyed the fresh fruit while I waited. I definitely will stay and recommend this hotel to others.

Weekend Getaway

Posted 06-Oct-2016
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and had a welcome feel.
Cons: Bathtub was extremely dirty. So gross we chose not to shower! We didn't contact management and they most likely would have taken care of it.
Location: Oral Roberts University, Victory Church and WalMart all in walking distance.
We loved our time here, there was remodeling going on, but it really didn't affect us. It was a perfect location for our needs. Plenty of handicap parking and easily accessible.

Should have been told it was under renovations. It was a mess. Service was good.

Worst experience

Posted 26-Sep-2016 on Hotels
Had the worse stay I've ever had at an hotel. The fire alarm went off at 3am and 5:55am with having to evacuate the building twice with a 6 month old and a 2 year old was ridiculous. Firefighters were not called to evaluate the scene and we were told it was ok to go back in. Building is being remodeled but the wall papers are peeling off the hallways. The hotel rooms didn't feel clean and bath tub had stains in it. Overall the worst experience and were disappointed that I called hotels.com and they didn't fix anything for me. My 2 year is now traumatized of what has happened. Any alarm that goes off gives him anxiety and he would think its fire. I won't be booking with Hotels or stay at any other crownes again.

Just a Little Disappointed

Posted 20-Sep-2016 on Hotels
We had booked a room with a king bed and were given a room with 2 full size beds. They were remodeling and said that was the reason why, but we were disappointed with the change. Not sure if the price should have been the same. It was convenient for us - my husband's mother was in the hospital just down the road from this location - and the room was clean.
