The check in was absolutely horrible. Not enough staff and when dealing with them they were rude.

Check in was a breeze and staff was friendly. Hotel itself was so so. No fridge or microwave and breakfast you have to pay if u want to eat it (over priced at that) our thermostat seemed to not work. No option to turn to heat or cool except the arrow up key was “red” and the arrow down was “blue” so up to 90.... no heat. I was cold most the night although it read 72. I like my room warmer. For sure not worth the $100. Thankfully it was only one night
I booked this hotel based on the pictures I saw online and also for the convenience of the location. It is across the street from Oral Roberts University which my son is attending. But the place could use a major renovation. The room felt humid during my entire stay. Not very clean. And outside the hotel, homeless and drunk people all over their parking lot. One night I saw a drunk person sleeping on the hallway of the fourth floor before I entered my room. Another night I saw a homeless person enter the elevator and going up to one of the rooms, she was given access by the person behind the counter that night. I saw her speaking to the staff person before entering the elevator. Not a pleasant stay. I will not be staying here again.
The hotel was clean and comfortable but, not accommodating for ADA. My room was not equipped with a refrigerator and when I requested one for my insulin I was told I had to move to another room and to pay a fee to move. I asked if they could just bring a refrigerator to my room and I was told no. In my opinion this is a violation of the ADA. The guy I spoke with was completely non chalant.
The hotel room’s bathtub drain was clogged, called front desk; they transferred us to maintenance/ engineering they never came. Next day told front desk and they finally sent someone. No sheets for sleeper sofa; stains on sleeper mattress; housekeeping brought sheets with a hole in the fitted sheet. Walls were paper thin to the point where I could tell you the whole conversation the loud children in the next door room were having. Disappointed!
The room was clean and the hotel was clean. Our only complaints were no fridge (but likely due to covid) so we couldn't bring home leftovers we really wanted to bring home, the Ac thermostat is wonky.. We had to turn it down to 67 to get it to come on (and it ws definitely not 67 degrees or less in there). And the beds had a lot of bounce/give so we woke up sore. But I felt safe there. There wasn't a lot of noise so that's was a plus
Walmart was right next door, we felt that was very convenient. We never got a chance to swim due to our itinerary but was glad they had such generous pool hours from 7am-11pm. Other hotels pools we called about weren't even open.
We had an issue with a noisy neighbor which resulted in the police/cps being called, only after a manager got into a verbal altercation yelling and cussing back and forth. In the middle of the entry way for all guests to witness & hear. I believe this could have been handled more professionally.
We also had another family with us who had someone attempting to get into their room, where their daughter was alone. Luckily she had the extra lock in place. He was there trying to force himself into the room for over 5 min. Long enough for the rest of the family to leave the pool and make it up there to confront him. That gentleman had a key as well as the envelope that it came in, stating he bought it from someone for $40. How is this even possible? Again police were called. I will not be returning.
Long line checking in. Was attending conference at Mabee Center, so management should have known there would be a lot of people checking in. Not enough staff available for check in. Stood in line for 30 minutes.
The facility was very nice and the staff was extra helpful. I was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub, but rather than that the experience was excellent.
Property is in need of renovation. Rust on bathroom fixtures, cracks in paint and caulking, poor water pressure. TV was old, not had, and small.

My meeting was held at this hotel so it was convenient to stay for easy access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel but served my needs for an overnight stay.

Quite old property. Need some renovation. Good location. Nice staff.
First our room smelled as if someone had smoked in it, next the heat did not work and we froze all night, even turned it to 85* and couldn’t warm up the room. There was mold in all the grout lines in the shower and around the soap trays in the shower. Freezing all night with little sleep and the smell made it for a bad trip. I don’t normally leave reviews but thought I should this time. Maybe I should always do it.
