Pros: Excellent guest service. High five to Joe! Rooms very clean and very comfortable. Offered shuttle service to the casino was a surprising plus.
Cons: Nothing
Location: River Spirit Casino
Guest services was awesome! The room was large, spacious, and most important comfortable and CLEAN!

Pros: The remodel to the lobby looks great.
Cons: The restaurant could have better pricing for children.
Location: The location is ok. It's a college location but seems to have a few transients walking around. Would not leave at night unless I had to.
Check in was quick, convenient swimming pool (indoor and heated). The breakfast restaurant on site is a bit over priced, $42 for 1 adult and 3 children. However, overall this hotel continues be one of our favorites for our weekend getaways.

I am extremely glad to see you fancied our remodel. It took a lot of hard work from the renovation crew and we are very happy with the outcome. I do apologize for the high price at the restaurant. We do have certain rates that do include breakfast and might definitely help with that. I am very happy to know you have included us as one of your favorites and we look forward to giving you the best guest experience we can possibly give on a consistent basis.

price was right

clean rooms, decent price. took 20 minutes to check in, I never stayed somewhere where it took so long to check in. Very noisy hotel, you could hear every door open and close. nice area, not far from downtown tulsa but far enough you where out of the hussle

This is definitely something that does not occur often at our property. And as far as the noise. Unfortunately, it is something that is hard to foresee. However, you can always call us directly to request a quiet floor and we will try our absolute best to find a more quiet spot of the hotel that evening. Other than that, I would like to personally thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope to see you again!

Joe at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Bed was very, very comfortable.

Dirty rooms

My room was dirty beds are small and old dust everywhere shower had dirt and hair in it

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: I liked the location and access to area shopping, restaurants and highways.
Cons: Didn't like that refrigerators were an extra cost and not just included in the room of an upscale hotel.
Location: Walking distance from Oral Roberts and Wal-Mart.
Stayed here for two nights. We checked in late but were helped promptly. Didn't use the pool or eat in the hotel. However, everything looked nice and there was no chlorine smell in the lobby. Rooms were clean. View in room was over the lobby though. Maid knocked to clean @ 8am. Our only trouble was with not receiving the crib we asked for. 3 times (once online, twice at the desk) we asked for a crib to be brought up and it never was. Instead of complaining, we adapted, but it made us feel very unimportant. Our key also didn't work at some point and caused us an extra trip downstairs but no big deal.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I truly aplogize for the inconvenience of not having a refrigerator. We are limited to the amount of refrigerator. I would advise contacting us directly to request one and we will do our best to accomadate. I also apologize for the misinformation given about there being an extra cost on our refrigerators. It is at no extra cost. And as far as the maids knocking too early, keys not working, and the staff not sending a crib up on time, I will definitely make sure to address this directly with my staff. nice and quiet hotel

Pros: The hotel, parking lot and rooms are well maintained and clean.
Cons: nothing
Location: located south of downtown Tulsa, but still close enough to get to shopping and restaurants
I always find the staff courteous and attentive.

Ok, But Not For The Mondy

The check in was rushed and she did not explain anything about the hotel to us. The hallways were dirty. There was even a fork in the hallway. The elevator had trash in it as well and items were broken in the elevator and hallways. The room was clean, but the refrigerator had been taken out so we were disappointed about that. The beds were comfortable and the location was great.
