Not what I'd expect from a Crowne Plaza

Repairs were needed in the room. Large groups of people were allowed to hang around the front door and smoke.

They locked me out my room the day before check out after I paid $776.66 for 6days over a $45 charge that I told the staff I would have bye morning. Staff lady did not communicate with me that I would be locked out.

Would have thought there would be a frig and mirowave in each room .we had neither we did ask and they got a frig but no mirowave. . NO free breakfast of any kind. Hell even the cheap hotels have these things .the pool was very nice we lived it bit sure wish there had been a hot tub .over all not bad but expected more from a 3.5 star

Close to Mabee Center

Cons: Just needs updating
Location: close to Mabee Center and Casino
Hotel was convenient to Mabee Center where we were attending basketball games. Had all that was needed for our stay. Close to some restaurants.

Housekeeping was poor. No new glasses or T.Paper..

Stay was good....housekeeping was poor on keeling up with fresh drinking glasses, keeping toilet paper supplied, and ertc

Location: Walmart is behind the hotel
I stay there for 4 night each night but i got room that my room wall is also elevator wall.. I can hear when people use elevator up and down everytime .. But the time i got there it was late and i already unpack everything so i'm lazy to ask for new room . The room dont have a fridge or microwave no water bottle .ANd then the third day my son woke me up at 6 AM and asking that did i throw up in the sink .( u can see the pic on the bottom) i dont know what is it ? It smell bad and seem like a vomit. So i go down and tell the front .. They say they dont know what is it and gave me the new room ... But the location is good

Great Hotel next to ORU

Have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting the university across the street. The location is fantastic and the value excellent. The hotel is maintained well and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Plenty of parking. Have never eaten at the hotel since there are plenty of area restaurants. Major shopping area, theaters, restaurants and more are only a couple minutes away straight down 71st Street.
