Nice hotel, great location
Stayed here for two nights. We checked in late but were helped promptly. Didn't use the pool or eat in the hotel. However, everything looked nice and there was no chlorine smell in the lobby.
Rooms were clean. View in room was over the lobby though. Maid knocked to clean @ 8am.
Our only trouble was with not receiving the crib we asked for. 3 times (once online, twice at the desk) we asked for a crib to be brought up and it never was. Instead of complaining, we adapted, but it made us feel very unimportant.
Our key also didn't work at some point and caused us an extra trip downstairs but no big deal.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I truly aplogize for the inconvenience of not having a refrigerator. We are limited to the amount of refrigerator. I would advise contacting us directly to request one and we will do our best to accomadate. I also apologize for the misinformation given about there being an extra cost on our refrigerators. It is at no extra cost. And as far as the maids knocking too early, keys not working, and the staff not sending a crib up on time, I will definitely make sure to address this directly with my staff.
