Nice hotel, very friendly staff

Pros: Staff very nice. The lending library is a hit with my family. The pool was nice.
Cons: the maintenance of the facility. Dirty exhaust fans and shower curtain needed attention.
Location: Not a lot very close by, but very easy access to highway to go where needed. Very good location to visit various sights in Tulsa
Stayed two nights, breakfast was edible, not very appealing. Rooms were ok, cleaning staff did not restock coffee supplies, and shower curtain was a bit moldy. I also noted the exhaust fan in bathroom in need of a good cleaning. Overall though a good value for the money. Location a bit far from any restaurants, more in a commercial zone.

Rough Night

Really rough experience. Day one of being married. We show up and our first room smells like a gang of smokers just left and they had tried to drown out the smoke smell with like some other smoky drug. 1st try. Next, because they don't have elevators, we drag our three suitcases upstairs to our 2nd room. Looks great, My wife wants to take a nap so she goes to lay down, yellow stains, big ones, on the sheets. 2nd try. I go down to explain, and the lady hands me some more sheets and I quote "these should be clean". So now we are doing our own sheets and we peel off the yellow ones and the mattress is like yellow all over. Putting the fitted sheet on and there is like discolored stuff on it. Looks like mold. 3rd try. I go back downstairs, showing signs of frustration, pull the newlywed card, she calls the owner or manager or whatever, explains the scenario and they finally get us in like their nicest room. Meanwhile, another couple walks in, asks what's going on, I explain, they tell me thanks and leave. And the secretary is like (on the phone still) "and sir we just had some potential guests leave. Yes. Potential guests. They left. Okay" I just cannot recommend this hotel. We chose it due to the affordability and proximity to the airport... did not turn out too well.

I would stay here again. Good price for room, friendly helpful staff and nice looking hotel with all indoor hallways for a more secure stay. Nice looking clean room. Had good breakfast room with fresh make it yourself waffles, fruit, cereals, muffins, scrambled eggs & ham. They even have bookcase of books to borrow and turn back in at another Country Inn in addition to the free newspaper. No time to use the small outdoor pool but it appeared to be clean.

Not a great area of town...poor housekeeping. Cereal on floor in room, hair in tub, sheet was stained and ill-fitting on bed. Carpet was worn. Had an odor upon entering the room. Air conditioner and toilet were very noisy...price was reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for

Good experience. Only complaint was the maid staff did not replenish our soap and shampoo and coffee in our room but did a good job off cleaning. Only other thing is hauling our things up the stairs but the very nice lady at the front desk did offer her help. So overall good experience

Very nice hotel that's close to the airport.

The hotel staff was wonderful. We checked in early and the only available rooms were upstairs. The staff was very apologetic that nothing was available downstairs because I walk with a cane. I was ok with it because we we're one day early. When I walked downstairs the next morning they had a new room available for me.

Terrible! No housekeeping offered, sink counter was disgusting, could hear neighbors on either side of us!

Lack of attention to detail

When we arrived we had 3 people staying in a room - had to go to the desk for toilet paper as the room only had half a roll. The next day when we got back to the room, there was only one wash cloth and 3 people trying to shower. The hotel would have been given a higher rating if they had paid attention to detail.

A Cheap Night Stay

The people were informative and friendly. Main issue was the area - seemed like heavy industry and marginal neighborhood. Once again the place is in need of some TLC.
