Do NOT stay here! Filthy, unsafe, bed bugs and nothing works. I don’t know how this is a licensed business. If I didn’t have pictures, nobody would ever believe me when I tried to describe how bad this place is. There were TONS of bed bugs, the bed smelled so strong like urine I couldn’t sleep in it. Stains and hairs all over the sheets in addition to the bugs. The bathroom light didn’t work at all so I had to use a flashlight. One lamp in the room didn’t have a shade on it, the other one didn’t even have a bulb. Knife holes in the walls. Tons of drugged out people wandering around the property and the hallways inside. Elevators were broken, roof was leaking bad, hotel in general was filthy. Too much to describe in one review.

This hotel was a total dump ..... Bed bugs, dirty ring around the bath tub, toilet seat was not secured, toilet tank lid was not the right one, no secure door lock, room smelled of smoke, people hanging out in the lobby and parking lot at 1:00 am, no hot water, no light bulbs, no lamp shades, every electric cord was unplugged, TV wouldn't work

The hotel was in a state of disrepair. The elevators didn't work - it rained in the lobby and it rained in the fire hose box and poured on the floor. There were bugs in our bathroom and we had to ask for clean towels for our room. The bathrooms off the lobby were out of order. The back doors were always propped open. We felt as tho we were staying in a homeless shelter.

I travel frequently, and this filthy dump is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stepped foot in - Expedia shouldn't even list places like this. The elevator didn't work, the heater was broken, blinds torn, sheets dirty, blankets missing and mold in the tub and shower. We walked in, saw the mess, and turned around. The young man at the desk said he couldn't process a refund since we booked through Expedia and I'm online hoping for the best. Meanwhile, whatever you do, avoid this repugnant stink hole!

There was only one sheet on the bed, no blankets, and a roaches were everywhere on the bed in the bathroom on the walls, everywhere.

This was the worst hotel and experience I’ve ever had and I travel a lot! The sheets were dirty, the tv wouldn’t turn on (the guy at the desk was nice and brought a new remote) but even with the new remote I couldn’t change the channel. There was a piece of cardboard taped on the window with broken glass, there was a FIGHT next door with a man assaulting a woman, I heard furniture falling and punched. Doors slamming and full screaming all night. I slept less than 2 hours on their dirty bed. The shower water was black when I turned on the water! Roaches were crawling on the floor. It was VERY UNSAFE

DO NOT STAY Extremely dirty and in very poor repair. Room had cockroaches running in it, the lamp had been pulled off the wall and broken, and left sitting there. Elevator was broken and when I took the stairs down to the lobby, the exit door was locked - death trap in a fire. I will be reporting this to the city fire marshal.

When we got there, they weren’t even sure if our room was clean, so we had to wait. Then when we got to the room, there were roaches crawling around the bathroom. The stairwells were full of boxes and bags of trash, and it smelled horrible

Hotel is a bit run down in a sketchy part of town. There were people outside wandering/loitering around the property who werent guests. No shampoo or conditioner but the man at the front desk was helpful trying to find us some without any luck. He was nice and the room was fairly clean

This hotel feels like it was abandoned and someone moved in and just tried to take over it. The elevators don't work. It is absolutely filthy. Stains all over the carpet in the halls as well as in the room on bedding. Floors were sticky. Missing light covers and there was exposed wiring. Garbage left in garbage cans from previous guests. Ants and cockroaches in the bathroom. Half of the lights did not work. I wish I would have read the reviews and not just gone based off of the number rating. They must still have the old listing from whatever the hotel was before, because there is no way this hotel should be a 6.8/10. The only redeeming quality was the girl at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and kind. This is the only time in my life that I have left a hotel because of the condition.

Went you stay at a Hotel like this, you're definitely filtering for lowest price. Don't expect any extras, like coffee for your in room coffee pot for 1. Maid service was decent and we had no problems entering our room with the provided key card. Besides that, watch out for all of the loitering drug addicts and dealers.

Well on the website it said that they had a swimming pool that was not filled. They said that they offered breakfast there was no breakfast the room that we had the AC did not work there were ants all over the place in the bed was broke and there was a bar sticking out and we had children in the room the youngest being 2 years old when I mentioned it he tried moving us to a different room and there was mold growing on the table in that room and the room was nasty and wasn't even cleaned I will not be recommending that hotel to anybody and we will not ever stay there again

Had two rooms. First one was about 100 degrees because the air wasn't on. Then, opened the drawer by the bed. Found an adult toy box, half-smoked cigarette, empty bowl of macaroni and cheese and 'performance' pills. Room two had a hole where you can tell the deadbolt was kicked in at one time. Then the remote control to the Tv had no batteries. And also, no air on so it was about 100 degrees and took about 2 hours to cool down. Definitely not worth the money. I tried to be cheap. No idea how this even got 6 stars. I'd be been better off driving to OKC.

This hotel tripled their normal price for my last minute booking. So I assumed it would be a nice hotel based on the price. It was anything but. The desk attendant had to let us into our room everytime we came back since there were no working room keys, he also had to clean the room himself because they gave me a room that hadnt been cleaned yet. There were stains everywhere, holes in the walls and sheets, and an awful smell just in general. Please don't stay here.

Do not stay here
This hotel should not be in business. It was dirty and falling apart. The surrounding neighborhood was very sketchy and felt unsafe. There were also rooms where it seemed people were actually living there and had pots and pans lined i their windows. Do not recommend you staying here at all!!!!

Things are not always what they seem
The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was appearingly exceptional. However, 2 hours into the stay we realized we were being bitten and parted about an hour later (after checking/shaking out all of our stuff) to be advised of possible refund after speaking with manager in the morning. FD clerk did not check us out at that time we found out instead allowed the manager to check us out when we went back in regard to our complaint. manager stated check out appears normal@935a and refused to check video to clarify. Still at 5his time our deposit has not returned although when we left we were advised manager would in the morning immediately due to situation and representatives are not being up front with facts regarding the matter to third party company to allow reimbursement for interrupted and unacceptable stay. We have since escalated the situation and will contin1ue to advise Pass it on

They currently only have 3 people working there so staff is hard to find at the front desk. There are what seem like drug addicts around the building all the time. There is grime on the walls and our room had broken vents, wires sticking out of the walls, ants, toilet seat broken, holes in the wall, no remote control(the one we eventually got was chewed up by a dog) The “gym” only had treadmills and cardio machines. Thats it…nothing to wipe the machines down with, no functioning water machines, no cups, no towels, and no weights. There is no meeting room for conferences as that room is filled with an assortment of furniture and other random items. The hallways smelled like pee and the elevator did not work. The lobby was taped off cause the ceiling fell apparently. The only thing i can say was that the kids at the front desk were polite and showed nice customer service. I would not recommend until they have updated pretty much every aspect of the hotel and every room.

The property was in horrendous shape and apparently under substantial renovations. The elevator didn’t work so we had to walk down stairs. There was a breakfast area. But they never served breakfast. And the lobby rest area was partitioned off with yellow caution tape. But the employee when we checked in and his friends were over in that area prank calling other businesses. The mattress was terrible. Very cheap. Not enough pillows. Would not stay here again.
