The room was very dirty the sheets on bed looked dirty. There was no coffee maker in room, we were told we could purchase coffee in the morning. When I asked why the carpet was so filthy, I was told they had someone stay for 5 weeks and they didn't have time to clean it. There was food left in refrigerator. The worst room I have ever stayed in and will never be back! I also have photos to share on social media. I would give them a score of -10.

It’s a 2 star accommodation. The room had old dirty musty smelling carpeting, and the wall outlets we’re literally mobile. Just a few cockroaches to add to the ambiance. On a positive the A/C worked well and lots of hot water.

Place sucks at customer service, rude, disrespectful, everything in the room was nasty, cacoroches, and just not a good environmental place for family.

They didn’t have the room I requested but they were friendly and apologized for not having the room I requested. They were very nice about it.

I didn't even stay the night . This is a party place for drunks. People were speeding through and screaming obscenities. A drunk came in my room and laid down on the bed. She had been fighting with her bf in the parking lot in front of my room. Finally the police showed up. I like to never Got rid of her. When I confronted the office...they acted clueless. I left with no refund because I made reservations through this company. got rid of her. When confronting the office they acted clueless.

Write up on the facility and actual were so off. Lights falling off of the walls and ceiling. Serving continental breakfast until 9 they said at property but nothing at all at 8:40 am. Cannot recommend and I would not book it again.

Desk clerk was friendly office was clean. I could tell it was an older motel from outside. The parking lot was filthy. The room was very clean but sink and shower needed to touched up. Looks like the patched a hole in the ceiling and didn't paint it. It was a low cost hotel so can't expect too much. The bed was clean. No crack addicts hanging around.

The ad was very misleading. It was an old hotel. Door would not even shut properly. It was a bed, can't say more.

Room reeked of smoke, was just overall dirty. I called ahead of time to ask about breakfast and was told it was a continental breakfast. I asked what that included and what I got was nothing like I was told. I will not be returning to this place and I recommend not wasting your money.

When we opened the door, we were immediately hit with a foul odor. Very musty mildew smell. We thought maybe it just needed to air out a little. The air conditioner wasn't on so we turned it on and down to cold. Went out to get dinner. We stopped at Dollar General across the street and picked up a bottle of febreeze. When we got back the room still stunk so I sprayed down the carpet, chairs and drapes. Waited 15 minutes but no change in the smell. I have allergies and there is no way I could have slept in that room. My husband took the key back and told him we couldn't stay in that room. The clerk said ok and took the key. No offer to change rooms. No offer of a refund. So we drove home instead of staying overnight.

I liked that very thing was in walking distance from the lnn. The hospital is miles away easy to visit family members that where there. Dollar General and hamburger stand plus market where all less than a mile from Inn. Very convenient and the staff where very helpful when I needed directions to any place in the area.

Front desk couldn't find my reservation at first, they do not accept military ID to get a room. Soda machine was sold out of everything except diet coke, I asked if they had another machine and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Had to ask death for wash rags and towels could not get towels or wash Rags without turning in my used ones call the front desk to see if they'd run towels and wash Rags down to me and they told me no I had to bring them to the office and the only way I got new towels and wash Rags as I had to turn my old ones in very poor staff come out in pajamas I've been sleeping all night I guess I

Overall the hotel was good for what we used it for and that was so we didn't have to stay 3 days at a campsite at Rocklahoma. No real complaints about the hotel. Only thing I will tell you, is that it sits on the far side of Claremore where there is NOTHING without having to cross town, especially if youre looking for something to eat or drink, especially late at night. Whataburger and Quik Trip are a good 7-10 minute drive down Route 66. That, and the train comes right by the property probably about every 8 minutes during the night. If youre a light sleeper like I am, youre going to hear it.
