It’s 3 bedrooms 2 living rooms, 3 couches, screened in back deck w gas fireplace. Dining room sits 8 while the counter bar fits 4 additional guests to eat! Boogie Fridge, Boogie TV & Boogie Antique Boat Decoration.

The home sits on Tims Ford Lake and the path (to the Marina, Bar, Restaurants, rent boats, Bands) is right behind our home just 200 yards away!! They rent the water craft or allow you to bring and store your own watercraft while you’re our guest, & that is absolutely included in the price! Holiday Landing is one of the biggest marinas on Tims Ford Lake and it’s a great place to drink and eat and listen to bands/meet up w family/friends & just relax!

This home was made for relaxation!

We have 77 inch 4k Tv w blue ray (specia sound system) and 2 other TV’s in our home including one in our cozy screened in deck where you can late night cookie up and just kick back & enjoy the nature of being in the woods on the lake!

We provide top speed 1 gig internet!! Fastest in the US!

Our TV’s are Smart, hook up to your smart phone devices (casting) or iPads, we have Internet which can connect you YouTube TV Hulu Netflix Disney+ - just sign in with your ID and we leave their IDs turned on as well!

This home is unique bc it’s near Jack Daniels, Bear Trace Golf Course, Holiday Lansing Marina, Fall Creek Mill, Toms Ford State Park.

Fun Family Stay
We decided to do something different for our summer vacation and we’re so glad we found this gem in beautiful TN. Our family of six enjoyed 4 nights in this beautifully designed home on Tim Ford’s lake, it was the perfect getaway. There were tons of games and a beautiful common area for us to enjoy our TV movie nights. I especially loved the enclosed outdoor patio to enjoy a little quiet time and how close we were to the path to the marina. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for our family trip.

This house is beautifully set up! The kitchen is a dream to work in, and the holiday scented dish soap supplied by the Phillips made washing dishes a joy -- who knew that would be possible!? I especially liked that there were no TVs in the bedrooms so we could watch shows together. we also enjoyed walking to the marina and along the street.

Just what we needed!
We were pleasantly surprised with the property and how cozy it felt. Decor was top notch as is the home. Proximity to the lake was perfect and the surrounding parks. We all enjoyed a day on the lake, Hiking trails and for you whiskey lovers, Jack Daniel’s tour. Highly recommend this home for your family getaway and the need to unplug from your daily life and enjoy what Tennessee has to offer!

Great place to stay with your family!
We had a great time at this lake house. It was so close to the marina and the Bluegill Grill (a great spot for dinner). The house feels brand new, beautifully decorated and lots of sleeping options. It also comes with fun arcade games the entire family can play. It was easy to contact the owner, too. We had an amazing time for our first lake trip to Tims Ford Lake!
