I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. Our only other bad experience was that all of the amenities were closed for our visit. No spa, none of the 3 bars were open, two of the three pools were closed, and the restaurant's menu was incredibly limited. However, the grounds are beautifully kept, we felt very safe, and I would stay there again, but not through hotels.com"
