It is situated in the village of Playing Place which is on the outskirts of Truro. You will have everything provided inside for a cosy and welcoming stay, with free Wifi and Netflix added to the TV, too. Outside, the property has the benefit of parking for 2 cars on the gravel and there is an enclosed paved patio. •Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. •Fully equipped kitchen with integrated tall fridge freezer, washer/dryer. •Space for a laptop on the breakfast bar •Cornish instant coffee sticks, tea, biscuits and soft drinks with a further supply of other hot drinks available. •King-sized bedroom on the ground floor •Main bathroom with a toilet and shower-over-bath •Dining/living area which leads directly out onto the enclosed patio \*\*BBQ available June-September, or in the winter upon special request\*\* •Double bedroom upstairs with en-suite toilet and shower room Please note: no baby/child items are provided and there is no stairgate. You will need to bring your own supplies (such as crib, plates, toys etc).
