It is centrally located to all the activities we did -- an easy bike ride to Donner Lake, hiking, river time, groceries, and more. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The only negatives ... close to 80 so you could hear freeway noise during the night with the windows open and cleaning in the hidden corners (under the beds, between the couch cushions, and the grill) needed to be done. Having just a single key was odd, and problematic when we had different people going different directions on different schedules. The grill on the patio is small & filthy. (I considered just doing a clean burn since we had intended to grill, but the grill was so dirty that I chose to change plans on that front.) However, in these times we had hoped to connect to work and school websites in order to get some work done in between fun activities. The Internet connection was so slow we could not work at all.
