It is located really close to the Main Street near Safeway, the coffee shops, and Donner Lake. The house is clean and comfortable: master on top floor with bathroom (tub too) and loft area for kids to play and read books. Second floor is main floor with open living, dining, kitchen, and access to wooden patio balcony. Second floor also has a bathroom and two bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has the built in bunks. The entry/exit is through the garage key panel(number) only. (For those of you who are thinking, where’s the keys?!). I used the electric water tea kettle and the keurig side of the coffee maker. There’s a regular brew coffee maker too. And for the book people: there’s some novels on the shelf for adults and the kiddies. I left a beach read there to add to collection.
