While I note with relief that you have appreciated some aspects of the resort, I regret that you did not leave us fully satisfied. Tropical Attitude is a 3* Sup hotel and we have always presented our resort according to our category. I would like to share with you that the taxis outside the hotel are from the Taxis Association and they work independently. Our team recommends these taxis for safety reasons, as they all have valid and verified driving permits and appropriate insurance covers. Even if their pricing is beyond our control, I have already shared your comment with them for consideration. Indeed, for diner time our dress code for men is long trousers, like in most of hotels and restaurants. I am sorry if it was not convenient for you. I hope that you have enjoyed the late check-out and I would have really appreciated if you would have shared your comments while still being among us. It would have given us the opportunity to react immediately and do our level best to turnaround your experience.
